Mcdonald's - Bowie

My 10 old sons to mcdonalds before he went to the summer camp. while he was eating, he saw a hair in his steak egg and cheese bag, I took it back and they reimbursed me. I hate having situations, especially with my child and something wrong with eating. Hopefully, it won't happen again.

I've been in terrible mcdonalds, but I never knew it could be so bad. how do they give someone 4 ordering hot cake with absolutely no butter or syrup? Moreover, the hotcakes were literally hard and cold as if they reheated very old pancakes. and that's not the first time. They always forget something, and always evil. I just don't understand how they could be a brand-new establishment and as terrible as what could be?!

Sign on the door is open for diving until 11. the doors were closed at 10:30. we saw two women going in 30 seconds before us, and then the manager did not let us in, even if I tried to show through the window that my child needed to go to the bathroom. please change the posted hours when they lock the doors and maybe they try something empathy for parents of small children.

At several locations in the last 3 months I tried to order in the car. I waited for three minutes for the editor every time and nobody tried to take my order. 3 minutes is my limit if they can't talk to me qithin in this timeframe they lose them my business. there is no single fast food chain that I beside this one that does not order her on the loudspeaker. never go to the liking.

I regrettably decided to visit this restaurant for a second time, and the drive-thru experience was even worse than the first. The person taking my order was expressing frustration about being understaffed, which caused a 10-minute delay just to place my order. At this rate, I can see them going out of business soon!
