Starbucks - Bowie

Rude and not friendly. I order a grande but ask for it to be in a venti because I want the extra room not because I want the extra drink. Mind you I order this every day at different Starbuck locations. She told me “I have to charge you for a venti.” Not just this location but some of the staff are RUDE.

Inside of Target Seriously wish these locations would be more clearly marked as being inside of another store. Picked this location because it was listed as a 10 minute detour on my trip. Turned out to be a 30 minute detour!Friendly staff but very slow service. No blonde roast. Old style cup lids (I'm a fan of the newer sippy cup style).

Ask for the Chewbacca it 's a mocha cookie crumble but you add caramel to cup and on top. If you wanna get legit ask for it with white chocolate mocha instead of regular! So good!!! They told me about this at this location and I 'm in love!

Had a wonderful customer service experience with Victor. I was having a bit of a day and his friendly smile and professionalism turned things around for me. He also made a great Green Tea Latte. Thanks Victor!
