Absolutely terrible. We've been here before and had no problems, but the crew who worked today burned Mac and cheese, dried old French fries and all wings with the exception of 2 breasts in a family meal. I got the rotten crew for $32.

My first try this chicken today. I got 3 pieces of dinner...with potatoes and biscuit...oh boy this chicken coating was hard... many batter..mashed potatoes had something HOT for Gravy up... and a bad tasting cookies that tasted like baked sauce.. I took mine home. I guess that's how it's accused to taste, but it's NOT for me

Slow service, I worked for Popeyes years ago and the management of the food bar is bad, they did not have enough chicken on the bar for a mild 2 thighs and 1 leg order .. had to get a sharp one. They took their time to get the order ready, they need to speed it up a notch to wait customers 15 minutes for a 3 piece dinner and a popcorn shrimp. You didn't drop my shrimp order 15 minutes after my order. We're our food in two portions, had eaten my pages and cookies before I got my shrimps. You can do better.

Pleasant experience here. There were quite a few cars in front of me at dinner time and they got through the orders quickly including mine, wasn't rushed but good service. There is a huge difference between the two that most people don't think about. Guy at the window was very friendly and efficient. Young but definitely appeared to care for his job and was polite. It was a such a good impression that I hope he moves up in the company.
