Sonic Drive-in - Bowling Green

This a new Sonic location. It moved after a tornado destroyed the old location. They definitely have some problems with their service. We have been here several times and had orders wrong or very slow. Today we didn't get our order at all. I checked on it, and they didn't have any record of our order. We won't be back to this Sonic location. They definitely need to work on improving their service.

I?m not typically a person to complain about fast food chains because I understand they are typically high school kids not getting paid very much.However, I?ve gone to this sonic a total of 3 times and every single time they apparently ?had broken microphones? each time I went through the car order line. The most recent after finally losing patients I went politely to the window to inform them of my misfortune. The worker proceeded to tell me the microphone wasn?t workingwhen I clearly hear them laughing through the speaker. Then I politely ordered at the window where they proceeded to then give me the wrong order. Thanks sonic

Sooooooo slow don?t go too this one bad customer service cost $10 in gas to sit and wait of your food in the drive thru

I order the app. It took a long time until I came out almost 10 minutes after the screen that it was on the way. My chill-cheese-ass box really got soggy.

Number 4, Tx toast bacon BBQ Cheeseburger and Pommes must have been from lunch. We are there at 4:30 a.m., this is a small sandwich from what I remember being used, the pommes were rubbery and dried cold the sandwich and pommes were not edible. I threw it home. The Oreo Blast was great. Not impressed by this Sonic.
