Wendy's - Bowling Green

The new $5 Biggie Bag features a burger topped with bacon and cheese—because, after all, it's America! It also includes five chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink. The service was fast, accurate, and fresh—much better than McDonald's, where orders often go wrong. I also noticed a child, around ten years old, helping out with a parent or guardian. I thought it was fantastic that management allowed the child to be there. I'm not sure why the kid wasn't in school—maybe it was spring break or take your kid to work day—who knows? I just appreciate seeing kids in a work environment; it teaches them important lessons about work ethic, the value of money, and the effort it requires to earn it—lessons that are often overlooked these days. Great job, Wendy's! You're going above and beyond what other chains are doing by fostering a family-friendly atmosphere.

The young lady at the counter took her time to ensure that our order for six people was entered correctly into the system. Once it was ready, each order was neatly packaged in its own bag, and everything was accurate. Kudos to the Wendy's team! This level of service is rare at most other restaurants.

The food was good, although I didn’t receive the burger I ordered. The staff at the front had a rather rude demeanor. The manager came by while sweeping and remarked that she had stepped on the same spoon six times. As someone who has worked in food service, that raises concerns about cleanliness for me.
