Ihop - Boynton Beach

I had a wonderful experience with friends visiting from out of town. I regret not taking photos of the food, but their company was the highlight of the evening. Our server, Julissa (please correct me if I'm wrong), was exceptional. I will definitely return to this specific IHOP location if she is serving. Even though I have a IHOP near my home, she is truly a valuable asset to the restaurant. Please acknowledge her outstanding service. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas, a healthy and blessed New Year. I wanted to write a review to express my appreciation for the delicious breakfast I had at this restaurant. The food was fantastic, but what really stood out was the exceptional service provided by our server, Caleb. We visited on a busy Sunday during brunch, and Caleb was managing everything with grace and efficiency. He was seating customers, keeping the restaurant clean, running the cash register, and still managing to take care of his tables. It's easy to point out when things go wrong, but I believe it's equally important to acknowledge when things go right. Thank you, Caleb, for a wonderful breakfast experience!

I have had two disappointing breakfast experiences at this restaurant. Both times, I placed a simple order over the phone and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. However, I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes each time. This has happened twice in the last month. The manager seems unaware of how to properly run a restaurant, and the staff ignore customers who are waiting at the counter, resulting in cold food. This will be my last visit to this establishment. I suggest they train their staff to greet customers and check on them while they wait. They also need better management.

Kiandra was the server/hostess at the restaurant tonight. I must say she provided excellent service. If IHOP had more people like her, there would be only 5-star reviews on every social media platform. Many thanks for their hospitality and fast service tonight.

Caleb was really sweet on the phone and personally. he was very polite and patient. when I arrived, my order was finished and caleb ensured that everything went smoothly during the check-out process, thanks for their customer service
