Mcdonald's - Boynton Beach

The restaurant does not have music playing. It has been recently renovated and is now fully open, with a decor that resembles a hospital cafeteria trying to be cheerful. There is no self-serve drink station, but the staff is friendly and attentive. There are several electrical outlets available for charging your phone. The kitchen produces a constant beeping noise. Additionally, the restaurant has self-order kiosks for convenient and accurate ordering, with a display that notifies you when your order is ready.

This McDonald's in Boynton is hands down the most reliable when it comes to serving hot and fresh food with great service. I'm not sure if it's a corporate or franchise location, but they definitely know what they're doing. The recent remodeling is also very well done.

I can't complain this time! They got everything right. I still miss the friendly staff and smiles, but they work hard. It's not an easy job.

Bad management service, I thought since the renovation there would be professional manager but i was very wrong! we ordered a hot fudge sunshade at 9 o'clock (night shift) and we noticed that the coworker gave us chocolate puzzle (not hot fudge) and we asked politely whether we could get a hot fudge sunshade and the coworker called us to make a manager and we had paid for it!

Ran one for a koks and a apple juice for my daughter and had the sweetest experience there. a gentleman who worked there kept the door open for us and I thought it was sweet. I bought my daughter an egg and during the waiting the man asked us whether we need any sauces, serviettes or straws. I saw him hold the door for everyone who went or arrived and I watched him offer sauces, serviettes or straws to every single patron. it was so nice to see someone so really cute and friendly. he saw my brother and forced him on his sunglasses and his whole attitude made us day!
