Steep Mountain Teahouse - Bozeman

This was such a great find on our trip to Yellowstone — amazing tea/coffee and vegan options. We got Masala Chai at the cafe and took the vegan chia pudding for to go. Both were good!

Stopped here during my trip to Bozeman and loved this place! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the tea house is super cute! Was able to grab a delicious bubble tea to enjoy while exploring the downtown area.

The personal is always friendly and knowledgeable. the teelist also offers very helpful and accurate tasting notes. Finally, they have some delicious bites to eat.

Extremely disappointed with this place. My family friends came in to get a cold drink on a hot Saturday afternoon. The ordering process was kind of confusing. It wasn't like any of the other boba places I've been to in CA. Once we all ordered our drinks We sat around waiting for our drinks for almost 40 minutes! I've never in my life had to wait more than 5 minutes for a drink. The kids were extremely frustrated and my friends husband was falling asleep in his seat!. This was a horrible experience as this was our friends first boba experience and I regret bringing them to this place. I wouldn't recommend the passion fruit tea, it was extremely sour and citrus tasting.

Went in for my usual bubble tea. No line for once, but one started to build behind me. Waited over thirty minutes b4 I realized that at least four customer's following me were served. Spoke to the runner, and then the counter staff. They found my order on the floor behind the order area. Stuff happens. However, the person who took the order got snarky when I asked for my money back as I could not wait Amy longer. I paid cash, even left a tip. Got my cash back, excluding the tip. No apology, no offer of a free drink next time. For a $7 plus drink, really? No more Steep Mountain for me.
