Bidra med feedbackThere is quite an expectation If you are so close to The University of Gastronomy but this restaurant performed up to it. The dishes all had a well balanced flavour and where a joy to eat! The list of sources of the ingredients (foto) makes it absolutely transparent where the great food comes from.
Excellent in all aspects elegant, attentive service, rightly narrow menu, excellent dishes, cheek is in my opinion exceptional.
Perfectly organized by slowfood to close the season of the “Helix pomatia alpina“, the gala dinner did not betray expectations. the 100 commensali divided on the 10 big tables could once again have the best preparations based on “chicciole” (plus the old lamb) all accompanied by the excellent wines “Bera” of neviglie. 50 euros (for slow members) of great happiness!
The restaurant is part of a big Hotel and it offers a surprising restaurant. The dishes served are very good, fresh, their chefs are amazing. I served here 4 meals and it was a bliss every time. The view is spectacular
Very tasty creations. All courses were really good. Vitallo tonnato ; chicken ; And OMG the Sabbayon melone!!! Also the wine was not expensive at all, which made the meal complete
