Called in at 2.20pm on the off chance they were still serving lunch. Waitress was very happy to assist. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, lovely beer garden set up. The food was delicious, plated well and piping hot. The price $28 for two meals, was very good value. Will be eating here again for sure.

With plenty of group seating and selection of food and drinks it's the perfect place to socialise with friends.

Saw the ad for $25 all you can eat ribs so took 2 mates and headed up for dinner. What a scam. When we got there we were told that we had to buy drinks to “unlock” the all you can eat ribs after we had paid so we did. Then we sat down and were immediately brought plates with 3 small racks, a huge pile of coleslaw, a bowl of potato wedges and a large piece of garlic bread. The waiter told us that we had to finish EVERYTHING on the plate before we could order more ribs and the second plate would only have 2 racks and the same deal applies … eat everything before you can order more. By this stage we were convinced it was a scam. Started to eat and found a piece of plastic in the coleslaw. Complained and was given a free beer. Then we had to wait for almost an hour for the second plate to arrive and it only had 1 small rack on it. By this stage I had had enough so asked to speak to the manager who never arrived and when I asked when they would be over I was told they were very busy. The place was almost empty. While waiting we noticed a group of 4 young guys came in and ordered their first round of ribs. None of them ate anything other than the ribs on their plates and were then given a second plate of ribs. These were quickly returned and they walked out to the bar and were given 4 free drinks. When I asked them why they told me that one of them had found a fly cooked into his ribs. An absolute total scam. None of this is mentioned on the website … just a photo of ribs with the tag “$25 all you can eat ribs” I will never be back and I would honestly recommend that no one ever goes there.

A part if Bracken Ridge Tavern, the Phoenix is fairly new after the pub renovation. Includes a bar and lounge (no kids, there are other areas inside the tavern for families), along with a small dining area.Cool decor.Place is nice and the food was good. Tuesday nights are $25 all you can eat ribs. Small menu with beef, chicken, vege and fish options. Plus snack foods.Will go back however the staff were all in a world of their own. A little rude but more the sarcastic kind when they think they are being appropriate but not.This was not enough to ruin the night but could be worked on.Best option in the area with a sports bar, gaming room, Gloria jeans and another restaurant all in the same complex

The staff were very friendly & there was plenty of staff on so service was good for Sunday lunch. The restaurant was clean.The menu was normal pub style & very big portions. My partner had the 1/2 ribs which was very big & cooked very well. I had the homemade lasagne & a bowl of chips i put the majority of the chips on my plate, however when I tried the lasagne it was cold, I called the waiter & they took it back to the kitchen. A few minutes later they came out with a new plate for me with a new piece of lasagne (less the chips). The lasagne was good once I got it hot. Overall good service, and grand pub good at average prices.
