Bidra med feedbackMy husband and I went to M&S in Bracknell for breakfast today, and it was a terrible experience that I won't be repeating. The dishwasher was broken, so everything was served on paper cups and plates, which wasn't a problem. However, the coffee was cold and when we asked for it to be remade, we were told the hot water tap wasn't turned on and it would take 30 minutes to heat up. The food we ordered was not what we received - we got dry bread, tiny sausages, and some bacon with no butter or apologies. It was a disappointing experience and not what we expected from M&S.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Marks & Spencer restaurant located in the Lexicon Bracknell on Tuesday, January 30th. My order of avocado on toast took an unacceptable 30 minutes to arrive, and I was seated in a cold room the entire time. The meal, which cost £5, was served on a paper plate, which I did not find acceptable given the price. The presentation of the salad and cutlery was also lacking. This was disappointing as I have always considered Marks & Spencer to be a leader in providing quality service and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet the standards I have come to expect from your brand. When I raised my concerns with customer service, I was only met with excuses. Marks & Spencer should address these issues to prevent future guests from experiencing similar disappointments. I will not be dining at the Bracknell restaurant again.
The service at this restaurant is terrible, in fact, it's the worst. It's the largest restaurant in the shopping center, but they don't serve English breakfast, only poached eggs with bacon. There's no butter or anything else. It's such a disappointment, especially when there's a food hall right underneath. Maybe they should send the manager to Spain or Italy so he can learn what a proper breakfast should be. My advice is to avoid coming here.
We stopped for a coffee a snack . Waited a long time for anyone to appear at the service point? Had 2 small pizzas 2 slices of cake. When staff eventually turned up was told oven had been switched off They had gone home??? it was just before 4oclock!!? . I appreciate staffing is an issue at the moment but there were staff around, just no one to turn on an oven apparently? Someone needs to take charge of this place as staff appear very dis interested definitely not customer lead! We won 't be visiting again .
Went to m and s cafe to with a client had the turkey and veg soup with a bread roll the roll was so highly microwaved it was scorching hot had to tear it apart as was unable to cut with a knife it was so chewy it nearly pulled my teeth out so was unable to eat it the soup was very salty and veg nearly raw what little veg it had in it very minimal turkey also this is not the first bad meal iv had here ordered cake a few weeks ago and it was so dry it was inedible
