Corwin's Ice Cream - Bradenton

This one of a kind parlor is right on River Walk. Good flavors, creamy texture, nice outdoor seating with an awning cover. Typical choices of simple or waffle cones, lots of toppings. They offer coke or root beer floats, which is not true everywhere.Good cooling great!!

The ice cream and smoothie was fine, but the customer service was terrible, two young ladies through me on the table eating without even saying good afternoon or farewell. Absolutely not come back to treat with two teenagers like them.

The ice cream is good, not amazing but tasty. It would probably taste better if the girl behind the counter wasn't so miserable and behaved as if you're bothering her. Come on, life's too short, I'm sure the DMV is hiring!

I was appalled by the bad service I received today at Corwin’s ice cream shop on the Riverwalk. After waiting for 30 minutes and even people leaving in front of us I proceeded to look through the door at what was taking so long. The girl behind the counter was talking to ONE girl for a really long time while the girl ate her ice cream. The door was locked so I knocked on the door and they ignored me. I continued to wait and talk to the people that were also waiting and we were all ready to leave so I decided to go and knock on the window. They continued to ignore me and continued to talk. After waiting for another 15 minutes because my boyfriend really wanted strawberry ice cream the girl from behind the counter came over and said the next people could come in. I asked her what was taking so long and she said the other women and I were talking as if I was rude for wanting service and ice cream. She said the women was asking about a job. I don’t care what she was asking or talking about, she could have given her a card and asked her to call her at a less busy time to discuss a job or call the owner to discuss employment. The sign on the door said one party at a time however if that is for Covid the restrictions have been removed from the government so not sure what that is all about. After locking the door yet again I watched as the girl behind the counter talked with the two girls that went in the shop and they were trying every flavor with the little spoons laughing that they were purposely taking an extremely long time. Again, I wouldn’t have gone through this b.s. but my boyfriend wanted ice cream. The girl behind the counter was extremely rude and she should be looking for another job instead of holding up the line to talk to a girl about employment while she eats her ice cream if that was what was even being discussed. If it wasn’t for my boyfriend I would have left and I will tell everyone about the bad service I received at your establishment. I deal with the public and I would never treat my clients the way I was treated today 2-5-23 at 6:00pm!

Walked over here to grab a smoothie on a hot day, looked pretty appealing. a bit pricey for a small smooothie $6), and not worth it for the flavor. i like the idea of almond milk in a smoothie, but they also add a full banana to every smoothie, which completely overpowers the flavor. no matter the flavor you get, the presence of the mandatory banana just wipes it all out. not sure why this is the foundation of the smoothie
