Excellent restaurant, excellent service! Chef is very aware of food allergies and provide helpful guidelines! Of course, the view from the terrace is also beautiful!

Absolutely wonderful. We were waited on by the owner who told us the history of the building nearby area. He was such a doll the food was awesome. Shrimp BLT had tasty, plump shrimp; the babaganush was excellent, and the lamb on pitas was seasoned just right. Hope to go back again one day.

Alexander's has an excellent menu that appeals to everyone in the family. Half the menu is New England fare (grilled cheese, clam chowder, etc and the other half is authentic Lebanese food. We sat at a table overlooking the river and enjoyed being in a beautiful historic building. I had the cauliflower appetizer to start and would highly recommend! The falafel entree was also delicious and very fresh (it's baked not fried! . The staff could not have been nicer, I will definitely be returning soon!

Beautiful inside as well as the views outside. Wide open hard wood floors, spacious and inviting. Great lighting and service. And made a special Cinco de mayo for us, more than the waitress knows and we were her two first margaritas. Beautiful for wedding location...

The food was outstanding! It's been years since we've had dessert, and we finally did here. The service was exceptional! There are plenty of vegetarian options, as well as traditional Lebanese dishes and a variety of regular meals. The small full-service bar is a nice touch, and the view is simply beautiful. They also have outdoor seating right by the river. We’ll definitely be coming back!
