This is a little hidden gem. eating is excellent (indicated to the chef) the staff is friendly and welcoming. at our second visit they were booked but still accommodated by using one of the tables they had reserved. nothing was ever too much annoyed. will definitely return.

The atmosphere at the restaurant was warm and inviting. The service was good, and the menu was excellent. The prices were reasonable, and the beer selection was well-maintained. The food was excellent, and we had a great experience interacting with the kitchen staff. Despite a slight delay in ordering, we will definitely be back.

The steak and the Ale Pie was beautiful. really packed with big pieces meat. we went early on a Monday night and the service was great. eating was very hot and in portions large. the waitress was very polite and attentive. will be going back in any case

Fantastic meal again, new menu, new taste, but still the same take-away food and atmosphere. I love this place. love eating and love the people who socialize here. alway go out of her to make her feel welcome

We have been passed The Brown Cow several times and often said we must call in some time. So, as we have had family staying with us and deciding to go for a walk around St Ives we booked a table for when we finished our walk. We weren't disappointed. The staff are lovely and friendly without being pushy and the food was gorgeous. The whole atmosphere one the pub is one of warm friendly cosiness. We will definitely be back.
