I would rate this restaurant 2.5 stars. My boyfriend and I decided to try it out last Saturday (8/11/18) based on his family's recommendation. Although they had talked highly about the restaurant, we found our experience to be average at best.

The restaurant has reopened after two summers of being closed and is just as good as we remembered. This was our third visit and the Italian dishes were consistently well-prepared. It was crowded as usual, but the quality of the food made it worth it.

We had a delightful meal. The freshly baked bread was served wonderfully with a choice of dipping sauce or butter. The veal parmigiana was outstanding and delicious. The linguini with white clam sauce was exceptional. Each dish was cooked to perfection. The staff was attentive and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Tonight we ordered a selection of antipasto, flounder specialty, pork chop special, eggplant rollatini, and cannoli for dessert. We were pleasantly surprised by the salad and freshly baked bread that came with our meal. It was fantastic. We are beyond thrilled that Mike is back. 5 stars.
