Pizza Hut - Brady

I unfortunately had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a pizza but when I got home, it was not the type of crust I ordered and there was no cheese on it. I usually prefer Pizza Hut's pizza over others, but this time my order was messed up. Since I live over 10 miles away, it was not worth it for me to go back and exchange it. I will probably wait a few months before giving this place another try. It seems like the staff at this Pizza Hut do not really care about their customers, as I often feel like I am interrupting their time when I visit.

I accidentally pushed the wrong button. You should use stars like Wal Mart. I give you 5 of them mufuckas if so.

Left a complaint about my incorrect order with the manager Beatrice she then proceeded to threaten to physically attack me and send her husband to physically attack me if I did not retract the complaint! When I left a complaint with corporate she then proceeded to have a no trespassing order placed against me and continues to threaten to physically attack me! I strongly urge any complaints go directly to the owner Danny if you want to avoid being threatened and attacked by Beatrice or her husband Mike or her daughter!!

Georgia Lambertino was very nice and proficient! She already had forks in the box before I asked for them. The pasta was hot and probably the best I have eaten in a while.

We are incredibly thankful for this restaurant! We were able to easily feed our entire team tonight thanks to their assistance. They took our orders, prepared our food, and brought out piping hot, delicious pizza. The children enjoyed their meals and we appreciated the helpful and efficient service from the staff!
