Rafferty's Pizza - Brainerd

We found ourselves at this restaurant after asking some locals for the best pizza in town. The location in the mall was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday. The pizza was really enjoyable; I loved the crust, though the sauce was just okay and could have used a bit more flavor. Overall, it was a solid experience.

This is hands down the best pizza place in town. I typically don't choose white sauce pizzas, but the Bacon Chicken Ranch here has become my favorite. It's irresistibly delicious!

I used to buy a lot of take-and-bake pizza from Rafferty's, but after moving, I hadn’t ordered any in a couple of years. While I was in Brainerd, I decided to pick up a couple of pizzas. I called in an order for a plain cheese and a pepperoni. When I went to pick them up, I was shocked when the cashier told me my total was $40. I was so taken aback that I couldn't even respond. Once I arrived at work and looked at my receipt, I was still in disbelief that I had paid $40 for just a plain cheese and a pepperoni pizza. To make matters worse, the pizzas were pre-cooked, and the cheese had slid off in some spots. Since I wasn’t planning to serve them until the next day, by the time I refrigerated and reheated them, they were no longer edible. I will definitely not be returning!

I was in town with my father for the drag races at Brainerd International Raceway.We had a taste for pizza,and saw the good reviews here.The great reviews are legit.Pizza was very good,and we loved the format. You place your order,pay, and they bring your pizza to your table.Plenty of seating and a nice atmosphere. They give you a glass when you buy a drink,and you can get your own refills.Don't have to wait on your waiter like most restaurants. Will definitely return in the future.It is a very good place.

Easy to order, extremely fast, and good tasting pizza. Will be back when in Brainerd.
