We tried the steak and chicken with white rice, both of which were delicious. The restaurant was clean and the staff were very friendly. The mini bowls cost around $6 with tax.
A friend of mine ordered a meal for me online, but when I called to confirm and pick up my order, the manager initially could not find it. Despite my name being clearly stated in the email confirmation, the manager claimed they did not see it. When I mentioned the name of the person who placed the order for me, the manager finally located it. However, instead of the 3 crunchy tacos I had ordered, I received a rice bowl. I showed the manager the text message with the taco ingredients I had sent to my friend and explained that there was a mistake on the Qdoba website when placing the order. I requested to have my original order remade, but the manager declined and offered me 3 tacos on the side instead. Despite my disappointment, I accepted the offer, but explained to the manager that the experience and taste would not be the same since the ingredients were layered differently in a bowl compared to a taco. The manager insisted it would be the same, but I disagreed, as individual taste preferences vary. While I appreciated the gesture of the tacos on the side, I felt that the manager did not provide satisfactory customer service or the culinary experience I had expected. Although he was not obligated to remake the order, this was a missed opportunity for the manager to demonstrate good customer care. This experience aligns with the reviews I have seen of this location.
Ordering my food was simple and it tasted good! However, I had a disappointing experience when a marker accidentally fell into my Queso and instead of replacing it, the server just fished it out and served it as if nothing had happened. Additionally, I recently read a review mentioning that the soda machine's filter hasn't been changed since the pandemic started, which is concerning. It's also worth noting that they seem to be skimpy on portions, especially when ordering a bowl. It's frustrating that simple issues like these could easily be corrected but are overlooked by the staff.
I would give it a 0 star for the service. I bought 3 bowls and told them they all have the same stuff in all of them and still messed up every single bowl. He did not put what I wanted and then in return when I told them he gave me an attitude. I believe he was also the manager of this location. Came home and opened my bowl and he did not add half of the ingredients. I will never be returning to this location. I would rather drive 10 miles extra to go to a better location. Staff service is 0
Giving two stars because the food was amazing but about seven hours later I woke up at 4 AM to horrible stomach pain, nausea, and bloating. I had horrible diarrhea, threw up about four times, and couldn?t keep any food down. I had food poisoning. I know it was from the burrito bowl I ate here because that was the only thing I was throwing up and i hadn?t eaten since breakfast (had the same breakfast i?ve been having for days). I don?t know if it was from the meat, from unrefrigerated rice, or moldy greens, but it was horrible nonetheless.
