Nando's - Braintree

We enjoy coming to Nando’s Braintree as they are all so accommodating when you get there, Food is always exactly how we want it. Service is great and they really make you feel welcome. We learned today the guys name (Dan) He always remembers us and never has a day off . The lady at the end was so friendly today too. We didn’t catch your name but she only works weekends and bank holidays keep up the good work you’re all so friendly. We visit here when we have just finished work and need to de-stress.

Excellent quality food with standard portion sizes for a nandos. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food came very quickly even though it was very busy. With free parking outside.

Today with my 3 year old visit. only my second time at a nando’s ever. I am gluten-free and my 3 years old a bundle of energy. all employees were great and interacted with him as they passed us, and the manager was very helpful when he explained what I was able to eat from the menu. Fab staff and a round cozy lunch.

After an awful meal at the Chelmsford restaurant, I reluctantly agreed to give Nandos another go and how happy I am that I did. Our food was amazing and arrived very quickly despite them being very busy on a Sunday. Our server, Michael, could not do enough for us. He was attentive and polite, as was the store manager. As a result of having such a positive experience, myself and my son went back for lunch in the half term, and again, we had amazing food and service. Nando's, Braintree has gained a very happy customer

This is the best comfort food spot to visit after shopping at Braintree Freeport or enjoying a movie. My partner and I frequently choose to dine here primarily because of the exceptional service. The staff is incredibly friendly compared to other restaurants, and they consistently go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The food is of excellent quality, reasonably priced, and served in generous portions. The staff should take pride in this location, as it truly represents Nando's wonderfully!
