Starbucks - Braintree

I did not enjoy the coffee and syrup at this restaurant.

My daughter 3 children Drove to Starbucks for a coffee in cineworld. Served asked if needed a receipt said no.....big mistake! Same girl chased after my daughter screaming you haven 't paid after collecting drinks screamed for her receipt which the same girl served her! Daughter said she can prove it on her statement response to this was you better! proved and no apology. To top all this she was the ONLY customer in the place! Formal complaint going into Starbucks daughter hasn 't stopped crying since the incident all happened in front of her children. She 's so shocked still she has really been effected disgusting behaviour!and really aggressive. Makes no sense at all she served her there was no one else was it a rouse to check her bank details? since the person serving has to write the order on the drinks and take payment before making the drinks? be aware!

Nice big clean and well stocked, toilets nice and clean and pleasant enough staff, seating area outside and a nice place just to relax after walking the balls of your feet off....

Popped in here as back was really bad and needed a sit down, Costa was packed. Floor was filthy with bits of ham and general litter. Went to toilets whilst wife ordered food. Had to wait ages for toilet as there is only one for each gender. Toilet was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned fir a LONG time. Food hadn’t arrived by time I’d got back to table. Made rge mistake of sitting near counter where the girl was belliwing out names of food orders for people to collect. Eventually our food was called and it was tasteless. Hot chocolate tasted of hot water. Table was sticky. What a joint, will not be coming back here anytime soon.

Standard issue starbucks... could do with a lick of paint. Coffee was as expected but not served with any kind of good customer service. We purposly sat away from the door as it was a chilly morning but even still it was cold. Decided to use the loos before I left.... wish I hadn't, they looked like they hadn't seen a squirt of beech in their lifetime. Absolutely disgusting!!
