Red Moon Bakery, Sweets Cafe - Brampton

I recently bought a chocolate cake from RED MOON BAKERY, and it was incredibly delicious! I also sampled their potato patties, which were really tasty too.

This is the best bakery in Brampton! I want to thank Serrat for crafting this beautiful cake and delivering outstanding customer service.

The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with orders. I often ask for their recommendations, and everything I’ve tried has been outstanding! They have a diverse selection of pastries, mini desserts, cookies, and full-sized cakes. The quality is exceptional, with fresh, beautifully made products! Their custard tarts are the finest I’ve ever tasted—delicate in both texture and flavor, perfectly balanced without being too sweet. I really enjoy the Calabrese, sourdough, and multigrain loaves; they’re light and fluffy, and definitely my favorites. And don’t overlook their almond, orange, and vanilla bean milk tarts—they're simply delicious!

I'm giving this restaurant a rating of 2 stars, mainly because of the cake and the aloo patty. I ordered samosas for my baby shower, and I was quite disappointed with them. I specifically asked the staff for fresh samosas, and they promised they would prepare some. However, when I opened the bag in front of my guests, I was embarrassed to find that the samosas were stale. Overall, I felt very let down.

We sampled their patties, desserts, and cake, and everything was absolutely delightful. The customer service was exceptional—both friendly and efficient. If you're in the mood for cakes or aloo patties (or puff patties), this spot is definitely worth a visit. My only recommendation would be to slightly lower the sugar content in the cake, as it was a tad too sweet for my liking.
