Arby's - Brandon

I will have to say this has been the most pleasant fast food joint I have eaten at in quite awhile. The staff always seems happy that your there. I have been working in town for about 2 weeks and eaten here several times. Always happy I came here. I give big props to Alex, she has gone above and beyond to make it feel welcoming. I even gave her a bit of a hard time about the cookies and she proved herself well. Look forward to coming back in the future. Keep up the great work.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at an Arby’s. We were in town for a baseball tournament and were hungry between games. I ran to pick up food and bring back to the ball diamonds. Ordered two chicken sandwich meals and a slider. Got my drinks and a bag, the lady said thanks and shut the window. I failed to check the bag, because I figured 3 sandwiches should be too difficult. Well got all the way back to the diamonds and no chicken sandwiches. I called and they asked if I could come back, I didn’t have time to drive back before the game and asked if they would just refund to my card. They said they couldn’t do that but would send me coupons for two free meals. I said fine and gave my address. Still haven’t received the coupons.

This Arby's location was the cleanest location I have seen in years. Would definitely go back!Food: 5/5

Worst service I’ve ever dealt with, not only did I get my food when it was medium hot not fresh hot, they didn’t give me ketchup and when I was going to request a packet or 13 I was RUDELY ignored, that is the most unprofessional and rude thing I have ever had to deal with as a PAYING customer…. I will no longer be giving them my money I will go to subway instead
