A terrible place with respectful and illuminated staff. If I didn't give stars. I ordered a court, but began to feel bad (I am pregnant) as I waited for it. I canceled and they wanted to pay me for it. I explained as well as I could (as I did not speak Spanish), but the food was prepared. Also because of a language barrier my mother speaks some Spanish, but most understood the woman who prepares her food laughed for her attempt and took on her (she is 1/2 Cuban), which was so unprofessional and racist. We will not return. Her food was also bland and tasted old. She threw it away and went to our usual. They also do not wear gloves when preparing food, disgusting. The guy in the register said something degrading when my mother left, she returned to the car. The first time there is definitely our last.

I had them cater for my mother 70th birthday of 40 people and the food was absolutely amazing!!! Rice and peas, baked chicken, and sweet plantains. I recommend this place to everyone!

Excelente food, friendly and professional staff. I had a huge family event and pressed for time in preparation. I placed a catering order with them and it was excellent, freshly prepped and on time for pick. A great experience and a crowd pleaser.

This place is a Diamond in the ruff best kept secret. A welcoming staff from the beginning. Great food consistently. The food you serve is the cornerstone of your business and la Familia is at the top of its game. And the final touchline in my customer experience is the pricing. By far the best meal you will have for the price!!!

One of the best Latin Foods in Brandon I have ever eating, every time I come to La Familia this is a must place to stop for a meal or a Cuban sandwich which are excellent. The service, quality and the staff is great. A must place to visit if you want the best taste and price.
