Bidra med feedbackThe owner of the establishment needs to update the prices on their sign! I ordered the #4 catfish and shrimp large. The sign at the store clearly reads $13.79?but my total was $17.11. I was told that there was a price increase. The sign needs to reflectthat increase. That?s shady business practices.. Assuming that after a consumer orders they would just pay it. Not this consumerI cancelled the order. Update your sign and then I will have no problem paying!!
This restaurant just could not get it together. They are always out of everything and they take way too long to prepare their food. I went and got the popcorn shrimp meal and then I was informed that they did not have popcorn shrimp or Mac n cheese whichwere 2 of the 3 things I really wanted. I chose another meal that consisted of regular shrimp and chicken and then sat in linefor over 30 minutes to only be informed that they were out of shrimp completely.I was beyond furious. I don?t know if it isbecause the restaurant is run by teenagers but I will definitely not be coming back here anytime soon.
The food was quite bland! I ordered a chicken dinner and a catfish dinner, but no sauces were offered. Both dishes were fried and tasted as if the cooks had never used salt or pepper before. It's surprising because, when I used to live in Flowood a decade ago, the food was excellent. Maybe it was just an off day, but unfortunately, I'll only be in town for a week, and I can't risk having a bad meal twice. Perhaps I'll try again next time.
The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. I really enjoyed the restaurant's atmosphere, especially since it wasn't located next to a service station like many other chains.
We arrived at the restaurant around 12:30, and there was only one couple dining there at the time. Out of the 15 tables I noticed, about three-quarters were dirty. My booth seat was sticky, so I had to request someone to clean it. While the food was fresh and served hot, the hushpuppies had more flour than cornmeal in them. Additionally, the floor was sticky. The ice machine was out of order, and I saw one employee sitting on their phone while there were visible food remnants on the tables. Considering we spent $50 for three people, I expected a much better experience. It makes me curious about the condition of their kitchen.
