Top's China Buffet - Brandon

I just came for the seafood and was not let down, the sushi was weak but other than that I had a great visit.

The food was very good and it was nice that this buffet had roasted duck and crab. The service was very good as well. The hibachi was not very good, but the buffet food was excellent.

Heart of Brandon. I have not written a review for this restaurant before, because I inferred that people would leave good reviews based on the quality of the food and the pristine prices. Since that is not the case I feel that i have to defend the name of this institution. I am a routine customer that visit this restaurant periodically, because I can not find any other restaurant in the Brandon area that gives you all-you-can-eat crab legs for a decent price. I have been to Red Lobster, and they serve 4-5 pieces of crab legs for $23 dollars! So for the price by far this is the best place to go. I also visit this place for the quality of their food. They constantly replace dishes so customers will always enjoy a fresh dish, and some of their dishes have the same quality as a dine in restaurant, for example Kobe steak house. The difference between Kobe and Top's is again the price. The last reason I go to this place does not have to do with the price or the quality of food, but instead the longevity of this establishment. Brandon has very few things that define it culturally, wrestling of course is at the epicenter of our culture, other than that we have a few establishments that define our community. Top's China buffet is one of those establishments. I know that it might seem weird to define a community based on restaurants, but do we not define certain cultures based on the food they eat? Top's China Buffet has been around since the development of this great suburban community, and I cannot help but associate Brandon with this establishment. This restaurant has been around to feed us through the ups and downs of our community's economy, and I cannot help but feel some sort of obligation to go to this place due to their consistency in quality of food and prices.

Excellent food. We travel all over and love chinese buffets. This is most certainly one of the best we have been to. Nice and clean. Food was hot and delicious. Staff very friendly.

A decent buffet. Large selection, food is typical for most Chinese buffets. Small Mongolian grill, decent sushi selection.
