Highly disappointed with the service. The manager was extremely lazy and rude, I couldn't believe this was the manager. She spent more time it seemed hiding in the back and ignoring her coworker calling for help than actually working. The coworker called back to her several times before she actually got up to help with the line of people. When she finally helped me, she acted like everyone was an inconvenience. The smoothie was good, but the service was lacking. The other employees there seemed to do all the work.
We are regular guests and the Wednesday night team knows what we like; they are a living and funny bunch to be here too!
Tropical smoothie café is one of my favorite places to go I was so happy to know there is a new location in the Bloomingdale area I ordered online and picked up a bit and had to wait in line the only thing is the employee seem kind a bored and not that outgoing. Other than that my smoothie was great and my flat bread was amazing
