Pizza Hut - Brandon

Worst experience for a lunch ever. 5 adults for lunch buffet, arrived just over 45 minutes into it..brown lettuce for salad, two types of salad dressing with croutons and parmesaan cheese. Selection non existent. Pasta salad was tasteless. The pizza was a choice of two kinds but no idea what they were, both had red onion though, had no taste but the onion. Wish they would have never changed the place. One apple dessert pizza. Felt like cattle in a trough line, the " new decor " is horrible, cheap metal seats very uncomfortable. 4 of us got there our 5 th person was about 20 minutes behind us, we had the bill for all 5 before he even arrived!! Whole thing was terrible wouldn't ever recommend it now.

This was the first time we had visited Pizza Hut since the renovations. We came for the lunch buffet and were unpleasantly surprised by the changes. The buffet table is now positioned against the wall with a barrier allowing entry only in a linear fashion. This created a lineup as people who only wanted pizza would have to block the salad area while they waited. This also created problems for the staff, who would have to cut in line to remove trays and place new food. The new setup created an unnecessary bottleneck for no reason. Then there was the pizza itself. Unlike in the past, the pizza slices are now cut into 16ths rather than 8ths, which would be okay, but in this particular restaurant it exacerbates the bottleneck as people take more trips. The pizzas were inconsistently made with a number of them having sparse cheese. The crust is also thinner than what one comes to expect from pizza hut, not sure if that was only done for the buffet or that is their new technique. In sum, it is much more expensive than it used to be, less convenient, and poorer quality. Go eat somewhere else in Brandon at these prices.

Love this place! Always hot fresh food and friendly staff. Have good deal, well worth the money. Lunch and supper buffets with lots of choices and reasonably priced. Great family restaurant.

0 money is put back into that businesses over 2 decades. The lamination is coming off menus. The kitchen I doubt meets health standards. I watched a waitress drop a pizza box on the floor to skill fold it up. Like spend 20$ and paint your door. Poor apolstry. I used to enjoy pizza Hut. I rather go to taco bell...

I came into Brandon during a very bad snow storm. Once at my hotel I didn't want to drive anymore so I called Pizza Hut for delivery. The lady taking my order was very friendly, asked if I wanted to hear the specials before just telling me, and didn't waste my time with the large group offers as she'd asked how big my group was. The delivery was about 30 min from the time I ordered, which is quick especially on very poor roads! The delivery man even made sure I was ok and had everything I needed once I'd mentioned I'd just drove in through the storm. Very friendly. Food was hot on arrival and tasty.
