Excellent service, scarry elevator, but the room and the breakfast was perfect. Nice place to stay.

We stayed on a short holiday in HAM and two nights at the Fresena Hotel. We had a very quiet, 1A cleaned room with beautiful new bathroom and especially: a very high quality mattress. I haven't slept so well for a long time. We also want to emphasise the friendly helpful operators and the nice attentive staff. Breakfast was also fine and centrally located. What more we will be booking again.

The reception was very friendly. We felt very welcome. The modern room was very clean. The bathroom is also very small. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh fruit, various sausages and cheeses, various breads and breads provided a well-being breakfast. The staff there was also extremely courteous and helpful. A small minus point is the missing deposit in the shower. The assessment should therefore be less than 5*. Thank you for the pleasant stay. We like to come back.
