Mcdonald's - Branson

The staff is friendly and remembered me from my DoorDash deliveries! The food was hot and fresh. I ordered a double cheeseburger without ketchup and it was delicious. They have parking out front for campers, trailers, and RVs, as well as properly located spots for wheelchair parking. The restaurant is kid-friendly with a large, clean play area. They also have good wheelchair accessibility with multiple designated parking spots.

During my visit to the restaurant, I witnessed a worker in the kitchen handling chicken nuggets without gloves. He was touching his nose and eyes before touching the nuggets with the same hand. Despite bringing this to his attention, he still served them to customers. This lack of hygiene was incredibly off-putting.

The dining room was unbearably hot, feeling like a sauna. I had to wait outside for my order because of the heat. When I brought it up to the staff at the counter, they just shrugged. Additionally, they don't seem to understand the concept of a light sauce.

Mc Rib ! It looked as a pan was just dumped in the box .But where does the clear yellow grease come from !Once more cold fries.Two other people in the dining room yet not a clean table in the place .

They do not take the time to make your visit worth it. As a fast food worker I strive to make my guests time the best they can. They also do not keep up on the lobby and tables. Nor do they open the lobby in the mornings on time.
