Red Lobster Branson

Took hrs to be seated when they told us mins. Food was served cold, also they were out of one part of my meal and instead of informing me and asking if I was something different they just changed it to nasty popcorn shrimp like I’m a child

They were very busy, even with being added to waitlist via Open Table we still had to wait almost minutes, turned into almost They were out of some foods, what food we received took forever. The problem may have been mostly tied to our server but this trip was not good. We have eaten in this location on other occasions with positive results, this was a very different experience

They staff is friendly and they made sure the kids got to touch Larry the Lobster before we left

Food was good as usual. Popular place to eat in Branson

Red lobster was as expected. The server was very kind and nice but I think she was somewhat new as she seemed to lose track of what needed to be done. Shrimp fiesta was better than expected
