I had an absolutely delightful experience at Popeyes From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The ambiance was cozy and attractive, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable meal. I was blown away by the presentation and flavors of the food. Aliyan’s attention to detail and genuine passion for hospitality truly made my visit exceptional. I can 't wait to return to the restaurant and savor their exquisite offerings once again.

Customer service is spotty; if the teller or manager doesn't like you, they will consistently give you comparatively smaller, drier cuts or cuts you don't want (switching dark meat for white meat). You're better off using an app to have the food delivered, because it's not bad at all but it's the only way to get what you want. Will not becoming back after other reviews confirmed that a specific worker is typically unprofessional and partial.

On Friday, we ordered lunch from the store, and while the service and atmosphere were acceptable, the cleanliness of the store, especially the floors, left much to be desired.The chicken we received was extremely dry and inedible, resulting in wastage. Additionally, the nuggets were excessively salty, making them impossible to eat, so we had to discard them. Considering the higher prices they charge for food and taxes, they should prioritize delivering quality meals to their customers. It's quite unfortunate that they seem to compensate for subpar food by adding extra salt to mask the taste.The management needs to take immediate action to address these issues and focus on improving customer satisfaction rather than solely aiming for maximum profit.
