Balans Bistro - Bratislava

This bustling café has a wonderful courtyard in the rear. They offer a delicious dish of the day for lunch and have special menu items available starting at 2pm. The restaurant also serves excellent gluten-free food.

Bratislava is about my last stop in Eastern Europe. eating that is served here is really fantastic! some people might find that they try to please the non-vegans too much with all dressed with meat substitute. but the meal times are so high quality that it could help convince non-vegans that the vegan lifestyle is not so bad at all! I really would bring all my friends to eat here!

Tasty eating the trip so far, but eating was warm/cold and they missed one of the things we ordered always sus of orders taken from the memory regardless of the language!

Super yummy burgers. Need to visit again to try the other stuff on the card Fresh Ingredients and super nice staff.

We had the Cubano sandwich, the Mexico burger and the stacked fries… we did not have space for desert but had it anyway. Everything was delicious. The fries could have been a bit more warm, I like my fries really hot… next time I wi ask for it. Overall a great experience… living in Vienna, everything is closed on Sunday so we tend to go to Bratislava once in a while for Sunday shopping. Balans will be the go to place every time for lunch. Can’t wait that it gets warmer outside to try their terrace.
