Taste Of Thai - Brattleboro

Absolutely wonderful! We tried to visit on three different occasions, but there were some mechanical issues with the food truck. However, once we finally got the chance to try the food, it was definitely worth the wait. We enjoyed both dinners we ordered and then went back to get four more meals to take with us. Our next AirBnB is in a remote part of New Hampshire, so we wanted to stock up. Everything we tasted was delicious!

To be honest, when I stopped at this food truck, we had just finished dinner at a Pan-Asian restaurant and were craving boba tea as we passed by at 6:59 PM. Since they closed at 7:00 PM, my husband pointed out that there were still a couple of people at the truck, so I decided to give it a try, feeling lucky they were still open. Unfortunately, they had already run out of boba tea for the night. However, since I was really curious about their food, I decided to order basil fried rice with chicken and an egg roll. My husband couldn't believe that after having already eaten dinner, I was ordering more food! I told him I could save it for the next day because I absolutely love Thai food. Overall, I’m really glad I stopped by—the food was delicious! It's too bad we were just tourists in the area; otherwise, I would definitely come back more often, especially since their prices are so reasonable and affordable. Wishing them the best, and hopefully, we’ll see them again in the future!

I tried some of their curries (both red and green), and they were excellent. The owners were really friendly as well.

As a person who spent a considerable time in Thailand, I can assure you that Taste of Thai brings back to the streets of Bangkok every time I take a bite! Authentic and spicy. If you are lucky, mango will be sticky rice in the season (and I recommend you some if it is)!

Excellent road side food truck! Some of the best Thai food I 've ever had! (And I 've experienced a lot of Thai food around the world! I love their Drunken Noodles! This dish is the best I 've ever had from any Thai place anywhere. I always get spice level #1 (mildest as for me it gives a slight kick and allows the other flavors to come through nicely. (They do go to 10 or beyond for spiciness if you like. But it 's real, legit spiciness! None of this fast food spicy stuff. The family which runs this place is always friendly and smiling and accommodating to any special requests. Definitely give this place your business! I know I will be for years.
