Worst customer service experience ever, apparently there burger press was malfunctioning so they had myself and others pull out of drive-through to wait 35 minutes for a quarter pound combo. Needless to say I went inside to find this information out from a shift leader and she had no idea how much longer it would be so I got a refund and left but not before letting the several other cars of angry people like myself know of the situation. Why couldn't they mentioned this prior in drive-through. Just a bunch of idiots running this operation. You might want to ask them first how long it will take to get your order or just don't move out of drive-through till you receive your purchases. Thanks for nothing that evening. Thank God for Rallys
