Ta Truck Service - Brazil

Restaurant closes way early, rarely any coffee or even microwave food.

Waited almost 10 hours for this place to tell me that they could not help me because they did not have anybody that was certified to do the repair. This is a poor excuse for a truck stop or a truck repair facility.

Same here. Not busy at all. Nobody in bays. 4 workers are chatting behind the counter. I'm waiting for over an hour to be called.

I recently (6/25/21) had a truck on the road who broke down and needed a jump start. We called for this service, and the person who came to help did not want to do anything to help my driver start his truck. Whatever my driver asked him to do, the person just replied with That is not my job, and I 'm not doing it because my policy does not allow me to do so! . After about 15-20 minutes of not doing anything and complaining to my driver, and telling him to Go get a tow truck, and get the starter changed , the person left, and charged $152.92 to his card for ROAD SERVICE ! Which we were not aware of, because my driver never received a payment receipt. We discovered that $152.92 was deducted from his credit card OURSELVES! And when we called to ask, it was nearly impossible to reach anyone! After this my driver walked to O 'Reilly Auto Parts, and the employee there was very kind, and sold my driver a battery, and got a jump starter, DROVE to the truck, and jump started the truck for my driver. The employee at O 'Reilly was MUCH more helpful than TA Truck Service. I would not recommend this Service to anyone, if it was possible I would rate 0/5 stars. I am VERY disappointed. So don 't waste your time and your money on these guys, just look for someone else. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
