Buffalo Wild Wings - Brea

I am not a fan of writing negative reviews, in fact I usually go out of my way to find some positive in any review. However this review is not that. I was disappointed, disgusted, shocked, and overall upset. Today my sister ordered take out from this location and when she got home she was taken back. What she had ordered was the wedge salad and what she got looked like someone literally thrown her food into a box. Now as someone who works in the food industry I completely understand that food isn't going to look exactly as advertised but just look at the pictures I have provided and you'll understand. Not only that but the lettuce was visibly unwashed and it tasted that way too. Not only that's but the buffalo sauce on the salad was missing as well. My sister was surprised because the restaurant wasn't busy at all when she went to get her food. Another factor was that the interactions with the staff were awkward as one employee didn't let them leave until she made sure the orders were right but she never even checked the food. The rest of her party also had a poor experience as all their food was cold and looked rushed. Overall not a great experience for her and it's just disappointing :

The place is very understaffed as nobody came to greet us when we sat down for 20 minutes. It wasn't that busy with only 2 other tables, yet I had to go up to the bartender to order anything. Only reason for the 2 stars was the food was good and wings were extra crispy as we requested. They really need to hire either more or better staff. So sad to see this location be this bad.

We were there over an hour to get 16 wings for my girlfriend and myself. Service was terrible and so were the wings. My wings were barely warm. My girlfriend didn't even finish the 6 wings she ordered. Probably won't be coming back anytime soon.

I honestly never write reviews, unless it’s amazing or really, really bad. I had ordered store pickup, buying $50 worth of food. First upon arriving there were zero people attending the front. I had to go on a mission to find an employee, whom I found, hiding near the bar all the way in the back, Lmfao. I bought two types of 10 pc boneless wings, the fried pickles, a side of free nachos, and street tacos. The wings had NO sauce, except DRY rub. (And were disgusting) The nachos were soggy and made in a hurry just like the street tacos. On top of all of this, the service, energy and cleanliness of the store location was horrendous. Recommended to no one, DO NOT COME HERE TRUST

Had an issue with my order And called in right away. Ryan the manager did not hesitate to make it right. Picked up the correct order and they even threw in a nice slice of cheesecake. Thanks!
