Bad service. Went in at 8:55pm and said they were closing soon at 9:30pm and not taking orders. I understand if this was a restaurant but ice cream.. doesn’t take long.. disappointing

During my visit on January 23rd, 2023 at 8pm, I witnessed a male staff member behaving inappropriately towards a female staff member, despite her requests for him to stop. He persistently followed her closely, even got close to her face. She showed visible discomfort that saddened me to see... Additionally, his shirt featured offensive language related to older women, which is not appropriate for a family-friendly establishment. I strongly urge management to take immediate action to address this situation, as it could lead to a sexual harassment lawsuit. I have reported this conduct to corporate and expect appropriate action to be taken

Service was fast and the cashier was very polite. They make the ice cream with liquid nitrogen here resulting in a much more dense and luxurious experience. The flavors were almost intensified since the icecream had a thick custard consistency which coats and lingers on the tongue longer allowing for the flavors to develop and accumulate on your taste buds. I highly reccomend the liquid nitrogen icecream experience!

$13 for a small shake is a ridiculous price.I don't need to spend that much on ice cream, although the shake was admittedly good.

Waste of $17. Came here on November 4, 2022 by the poor quality. My ice cream was ordered with whip cream, and the employee used a bottle of whip cream that was nearly empty so the whip cream came out not looking so great. It just looked wet and sad, not fluffy how whipped cream should look. Employee noticed, and decided not to do anything about it until something was mentioned, we asked for more (and better) whip cream and they proceeded to use the same empty can, rather than get a new can, to salvage the catastrophe they just made. My girlfriend ordered a seasonal item based off a photo they had posted at the counter, and it was rather misleading because they show a tall cup, and ended up giving her a small cup for her ice cream. The sign didn't have prices suggesting different sizes. She also ordered hers with marshmallow cream and they gave her marshmallows instead. We were very unsatisfied with the service, we even made our concerns known on their survey and never had anyone reach out to us. Ice cream was way too expensive and we ended up being unsatisfied and unhappy with our orders.
