Kura Revolving Sushi - Brea

Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience for a casual sushi outing. The table setting was definitely an improvement over the counter seating. However, we were seated near the entrance, which created an odd atmosphere. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. I was hoping to see more unique sushi dishes on the menu, but unfortunately, the selection was somewhat limited.

In addition to the sushi, the tonkotsu ramen was surprisingly excellent and the perfect portion size. It comes with half a soft-boiled egg, a few slices of pork, scallions, garlic, and a generous serving of noodles that have just the right amount of chewiness. The space is cozy, so be prepared to wait for a table. Prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly. I almost forgot to mention— the wasabi is authentic and packs a nice spicy punch!

The staff here is excellent, and like all their locations, the food is quick and delicious. However, the wait times on the app are quite inaccurate. When you add your name to the list, it provides an estimated wait time, which I've found is often overestimated. Many people add their names during peak times, even when the wait is two hours, and then don't show up. When I signed up, it estimated a wait of up to an hour, but I ended up waiting over an hour and a half. This seems quite unreasonable for a place that allows you to add your name even if you're not present.

Good quality food! Super fresh. Worth waiting. You write when your table is ready, so you have the opportunity to buy at the mall.

Real Japanese operating business! NOT fake Mexican sushi, fake Korean sushi, fake Chinese sushi! I ONLY GO TO REAL JAPANESE SUSHI RESTAURANT! Quality and Tasty! I want give 7 star to this brand! But google only have FIVE STAR!
