Starbucks Coffee Co - Brea

On good days, its not bad. On bad days... oh boy. During holidays or rush hour, the lines can be ridiculous and the baristas just gets stacked with drinks. The result? Poor quality experience and drinks. I would give it a 2.5 stars if I can.

Long lines, cold customer service and long wait time; When you finally do get your drink, it tastes like watery-expired-milk. Yuck! you're better off finding a better cafe

For being in the middle of the Brea Mall plaza, this is a really good Starbucks. There are seats both in the front and in the back of the shop. The customer service here is really good. No matter how busy it gets, the staff are really nice and patient. It has everything that you'd look for in a traditional Starbucks, but not a clover machine.
