Columbine Café - BRECKENRIDGE

Lovely restaurant with great food. I have been here multiple times, usually you have to wait between 15-45 minutes unless you come really early. Everything is good except their French toast not recommended at all)

Service was excellent! Thanks Veronica! Food was good, the atmosphere was fantastic!!! Fun place to grab a bite.

I want to travel back 1/2-way across the country just for one of those breakfast burritos! It. Was. AMAZING. My son had the Trout and eggs- also delicious!! Finished up with a good coffee to-go! Will DEFINITELY be back when in the area!! Short walk (maybe 1.5 blocks) from a large public parking lot. We were easily able get our RV in and out!

Every time I am in the mountains I make it a priority to get breakfast here! I typically order the western omelette as it is loaded with ham and peppers! The biscuit is a new favorite of mine as well! I overheard another table say they have gluten free bread, but I did not see it anywhere on the menu. I didn’t ask though either. So perhaps ask and see!

Enormous pancakes, made with a sweet batter and absolutely delicious. We also got the Breck scramble with chorizo, french toast, oatmeal, hangover burrito, and omelette. Everything was great!!
