Domino's Pizza - Bremen

Ordered online for curbside delivery got there and they didn?t make the 2 minute wait time. I waited 10 more minutes and ended up going inside where my food was waiting and 2 employees were doing nothing. I asked to just hand me food and the rude employeesays ?I?m about to bring it out? I said you can just hand it to me. Will never go back!

Order was delivered after an hour and a half. I called to ask what was taking so long and figure out why the online tracker said it was already delivered. the man only kept repeating it was out for delivery and didn't even apologize. The pizza was cold whenIt arrived of course. No one apologized and no compensation was offered. I won't be ordering here again.

The manager, a young woman, was very professional and created a delicious pizza.

I placed my order at 6:15 PM, and I was told it would be ready for delivery by 7:16 PM. By 7:45 PM, I called to check the status and was informed that the tracker was incorrect, but my order was supposedly out for delivery. After waiting until 8:15 PM, I called again and, after a 10-minute wait, was told my order was about to leave. I asked to cancel my order, but was told I couldn’t. Finally, my order arrived at 8:40 PM, but it was cold, unappetizing, and seemed old—so old that I was worried about food poisoning since it contained chicken and pork. The experience was terrible in every way, and in the end, I spent $30 just to throw the food away.

Making pizza by hand may not be the healthiest choice, especially when you're unsure if your hands are clean. A discount can't outweigh my concerns for my health.
