Hanabi Japanese - Brentwood

This is one of our family's favorite restaurants! The decor and ambiance are incredibly inviting and pleasant, the staff is fantastic, and most importantly, the food is exceptional. I have never ordered anything from their menu that I didn’t like. I highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Japanese cuisine.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was quick. The food was absolutely delicious! I decided to try the katsu, which was a new dish for me. There aren't many dining options in my hometown, so I'm really glad I chose to stop by while I’m in Nashville for training. The katsu did not disappoint—it was very flavorful! The restaurant itself is a lovely little spot as well.

I've been in Tennessee since 2010 and used to work around the Maryland Farms area, but I had no idea this restaurant was here. I recently moved to Georgia and was visiting my office while staying in a nearby hotel. While driving around, I stumbled upon this place. Long story short, the service was fantastic; everyone was incredibly polite and friendly. The sushi chef even let me try some fried tuna, which was amazing. I had the Hollywood rolls along with a salad and miso soup, and everything was delicious. This restaurant is fantastic—definitely a place for great sushi and excellent service!

Didn’t have the highest expectations, but this place sure did meet them, and more. Easily the best sushi I’ve had in the whole state. Very fresh tasting and more authentic seeming than other joints. The lady serving us was attentive and friendly. The udon noodles were perfectly cooked and flavorful. The potstickers were wonderful. They were boiled but still had the crispy edges that are delicious. This place did not manage to score any points for ambiance, although I would definitely come here again.

Stopped in right about their last call for lunch and they let us in for some ramen (very grateful! We got the shoyu and miso ramen, the broth for both was veryyyy good. I left satisfied and full! I’m usually a picky ramen eater since I lived in Japan for a bit but this place is definitely good!
