Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Brentwood

This restaurant served almost completely raw chicken, causing people to become ill. The chicken wings were only fried for about 10 seconds. Not only was the order wrong, but the safety of the food is a major concern.

I visited this restaurant on Cinco De Mayo and ordered a family meal for a work event. Unfortunately, when I arrived at my destination, I realized that the red beans and rice side dish was missing from my order. I contacted the restaurant and spoke with Nicole, the store manager, who quickly identified the mistake and offered for me to come back to fix it. Due to my busy schedule, I was unable to return immediately. A few days later, I visited the restaurant again to correct the error before another event with a different team. This time, I worked with Kenny, who had already been informed by Nicole and efficiently took care of my order. I was highly impressed by the communication skills and dedication to customer satisfaction at this location. Good service can be hard to come by in 2024, but I will continue to visit this restaurant thanks to Nicole and Kenny's professionalism. They did a fantastic job.
