Strathmore Bagels - Brentwood

Was a loyal fan of this place until today. I grabbed two bagels with cream cheese and while eating it the test got more and more sour then my girlfriend bit into hers and notice the same thing taste like it was made with spoiled cream or milk. As a loyal customer I know something was not right so I called (not looking for any refund in anyway) just to give them a heads up that something was not right but the owner was not the nicest and literally said to me verbatim “you complain but we make freshy freshy” and refused to even hear me out even though I was trying to help them. Lost me as a customer sad because it’s the only bagel place by my but if you going to treat your customers like that then oh well! I’ll go somewhere else

It breaks my heart!!!! I used to love this place but lately I only came for breakfast as my last option but everytime I tried giving them a chance I just kept wasting my money and disappointed- either too much condiments or burnt, not the nicest staff. Sad to say but I rather drive to baysbore 15 min instead of coming here anymore which is walking distance to me. They need to get new management please somebody save Strathmore bagels in Brentwood- for now guys I will have to stop coming here for breakfast! Get nicer cook, stop being cheap with your generating income business!

RUDE SERVICE . Everyone is nice but this one woman . She was annoyed taking my ordered , rolled her eyes slamming her hands and whatever . Then on top of that it was slow and seeing her respond to other customers rudely was just disgusting . Then as i walked out the door she was bad mouthing me in Spanish thinking i didn’t understand . I’m paying you and giving you my money , have a smile on ur face and thank me .

Not the spot, wanted to speak to a manager or owner, lady in the front was rude. Got the wrong order. DO NOT GO!
