Somewhat disappointed. We ordered sandwiches and ciders samplers. One of the sandwiches that we ordered was missing apples. We informed our server and he just brushed us off without offering to re-make our sandwiches with the missing ingredient. The sandwiches were also quite small, considering the price. Furthermore, we thought it was an odd choice to have a staff party right next to our table. The cider was delicious though.Furthermore the items in the store are ridiculously overpriced.
The view is beautiful and I'm sure a wedding here would be lovely. I'm not a big cider fan so I can't speak to that, but I found the food here overpriced and the service absolutely terrible.Maybe it was just an off day but I went with a group of 8 ladies for lunch one Saturday afternoon. We ordered drinks and food. Some of the food never came and no one came and checked on us. We had to go up to the counter and ask if someone could come and take our drink orders and also try to figure out why our food never came. Then some food came and some didn't, again. The servers appeared to be barely 18, there were no people that appeared above 20 working there, it felt very juvenile for a place that markets itself as higher end. The food that did come was fine but nothing special and very expensive and small portions.Wouldn't recommend this place for a meal, maybe for a drink or a wedding but that's it.Kid-friendliness: Not sure if they have high chairs. No kids menu but the atmosphere is open (outdoor courtyard seating), so if your kids want to wander and (literally) smell the flowers, that is fine
Excellent cidery. Super cozy, nice staff, amazing cider. Had a great mid-winter experience and discovered their Mulled Cider, some of the best ciders I've ever tasted. Beautiful view and atmosphere.
Things were good... We were a little rushed to make a ferry sailing, but the cider was ok for me, but my fellow samplers choose a lot of sweet ones that they didn't really like. My rule of thumb... Go dry or semi sweet at most. The share platter we had went nicely with the drinks.
