Balti House - Brentwood

I was extremely disappointed with my takeaway from Balti House tonight. We have been loyal customers for a long time, but the quality has significantly declined. There was hardly any meat in the dishes. When I tried to call to complain, there was no answer. Be cautious, as we will not be ordering from there again.

The portions were very small. The meat was cut in half, possibly because there was a 50% off offer when spending £50, but it wasn't worth the money. There was lots of sauce and onions to fill the containers. The chicken in the korma dish was very tough and not edible. The shashlik container was half empty, with only 4 pieces of chicken instead of the usual 8 or 9. Usually the food and portions are good, but it may be time for a change as there are plenty of Indian restaurants in Brentwood. It's a shame as we have been loyal customers of Balti House in Brentwood for a long time.

I have been dining at Balti House for approximately 20 years. One great aspect is that you can bring your own drinks, which helps reduce the overall bill. The food is consistently delicious, the service is friendly, and it is a fantastic spot for any celebration. They offer a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan options for everyone to enjoy. Additionally, there are tables downstairs and accessible downstairs toilets available.

Never arrived, i think driver took food on a tour of Essex, just five miles away and out with it for 45 minutes and still never arrived, so cancelled

The food and service was excellent. Specially Chicken tikka masala was fantastic I really enjoyed it. We all had a great day.
