Da Nicola - BRESCIA

Yesterday wee visited Da Nicola for the second time in just a few months(we do not live in Italy). The pizzeria is not very fancy or has a nice location, but the pizzas are fantastic and prices are low. My girlfriend is gluten intolerant but they make good pizza without gluten. Yesterday was very busy and the pizzas were as good as last time. But the staff in the restaurant had to much to do and the service level dropped during the evening. When we visited last time I would have given them top score, but this time only 4 out of 5. But the place is fantastic if you want a pizza

We stopped by this restaurant our way into town and were so pleasantly surprised. It was late but the waiter seated us immediately and brought us our drinks and menus. He gave us suggestions and was incredibly friendly and helpful. We ordered pizza and they were wonderful. Very tasty and a wonderful crust. They had to have been cooked in a wood oven. They were delicious. We were never rushed. We took our time and enjoyed every minute in the lovely atmosphere. We highly recommend this restaurant.
