Old Wild West - BRESCIA

So first I come before my colleagues and during the 25 minutes I wait for them, not a member of the waiting staff asked if I needed a drink or something, but that was not the main problem. we have chosen this restaurant as we have previously visited and because they accept the vouchers we are provided by the company for which we work. there were peanut shells on the floor. disgusting! nevertheless, not the main problem here. when the others arrive, we wait for over 20 minutes to finally be acknowledged and take our order. then we wait not only 30 or more minutes for our food, but they only bring 2 out of 3 main courses and 1 next court. 10 minutes and we get our second supplement, but the third is nowhere to see. two of us have finished eating when the last court arrives. we could see that this was a common problem, as others were complained in the restaurant, have long been waiting and/or ignored. if we were to speak Italian, we would have complained at that time. we are ignored for so long because we are English and none of the waiting hired can try to talk to us? (we speak enough Italian to order a meal, we have been here since januar)

Against our better judgment on our trip we went for a chain restaurant type menu to dinner. the food was ok, the service was only ok, but the overall effect in this restaurant is what we expected and we could have chosen better....all the price was ok, and eat well enough, but really if in italia, they don't need the old wild west
