From what directly to the director the question arises for what purpose she is there. As a result, our company was forced to pay extra with an incomprehensible wording again referring to its internal decisions , which is actually not pleasant, since everyone came to rest, and not to listen to tyranny. Since we live in a state of law, and not a single institution can step over laws and regulations. And in short, we were given an account in which the final amount was overstated from the previously agreed . And the administrator was not able to solve this issue although most likely she could not, and even more did not want to . I hope the director finds time to restore justice. There is also a question for the kitchen, although more to the supplier of the products, since in the pork chops under cheese there were fractional parts of bones. P.S .: Separately, I would like to note that the waitress AHON !!! One star only because zero cannot be put! Original Как известно не место красит человека, человек место. Человек работающий в сфере оказания услуг на приведенные ему в ходе возникших проблем доводы опирающиеся на действующее законодательство РБ могла лишь только ссылаться на свои заведения внутренние решения. Из чего непосредственно к директору возникает вопрос с какой целью она там находится. В итоге нашу компанию заставили доплатить с непонятной формулировкой опять ссылаясь же на свои внутренние решения , что собственно не приятно, поскольку все пришли отдыхать, а не выслушивать самодурство . Поскольку мы живем в правовом государстве , и не одно отдельно взятое заведение не может переступать через законы и постановления . А если коротко то нам предоставили счет в котором конечная сумма была завышена от ранее оговоренной . И администратор не смогла решить данный вопрос хотя скорее всего не могла , а еще больше не хотела . Надеюсь у директора найдется время чтобы восстановить справедливость. Есть так же вопрос к кухне, хотя больше к поставщику продукции, поскольку в свинине отбивных под сыром присутствовали дробные части костей. P.S.: отдельно хотелось бы отметить, что официантка АГОНЬ!!! Одна звезда только потому что ноль поставить нельзя!

I would like to leave a review about the New Year's Eve, which we, unfortunately, spent in your establishment. It's a pity that you turned this special night into an ordinary New Year's corporate party

We visited once. The food is excellent; there are no complaints about the kitchen. Everything was very tasty, especially the steak. However, when it comes to the manager and the bartender, the only word that comes to mind is "rude." The way our table was set up meant that people from the other room constantly walked by us. They promised us a discount, but when we brought it up at the end, the manager distanced herself, and the bartender started using foul language. There was also another celebration happening nearby, and someone from that table repeatedly bothered us, yet no one from the staff intervened. It felt like this kind of behavior was normal for them. Overall, I would rate it a three solely for the food; otherwise, I would give it a one.

The place is decent. However, the karaoke aspect is not ideal since you have to pay to request a song! Just remove "karaoke" from the name, and everything would be fine. It’s a nice spot to celebrate an event, but the karaoke situation is a drawback.
