Very good wine, good advice, very good snacks...
3rd year we come to Brest and go to Baragwin. The choice of sommelier always corresponds to our desires. LOUSTIC this year Pinot d 'Aunis Cabernet franc 12 degrees when it makes 34 out the top. Cooking question. Balance of salts and perfect sweets. Given the age of the 2 cooks, we are serene for our next visits.
Very good address, the dishes are delicious and the quality is irreproachable. Excellent wines and very good advice to add the menu. I absolutely recommend!
